I migrated an online STD design to online PRO (2.2.38).
The schematic and board are correct, but the component 3D models somehow have
the 'Adjust' attribute at 10%, which makes the 3D view and STEP export have them as
10X too small:

So in FreeCAD:

Changing all the Adjustments in 3D Model Manager corrects this, but it's a pain...
